In collaboration with our client, we joined forces to develop an ESG management platform tailored specifically for the Australian market. At the outset, we encountered challenges in determining specific requirements from our clients. They brought extensive experience from the banking sector, where they have been accustomed to traditional processes involving complex paperwork. Additionally, they had limited familiarity with software operations and encountered difficulties in expressing their ideas and requirements in a simplified and comprehensible manner.
