Our client hails from the land down under, Australia, where they used to work for the software company Atlassian for 10 years. They had a brilliant idea to develop a plugin for the Confluence website and have come to PowerGate to enhance the product that the founder had developed himself for a short time. Confluence is a popular project management tool used by teams worldwide to create, capture, and collaborate on any project or idea using dynamic pages. With their expertise and experience, our client saw an opportunity to enhance the Confluence experience for its users. They envisioned a plugin that would seamlessly integrate with the Jira platform and provide additional functionality to help teams work more efficiently and effectively.

Pain point to be resolved or challenge to be overcome:

The product in question had been developed before, but its performance was not up to par. The client was in need of advice on the product’s roadmap and technical direction. In search of a more professional development team to enhance the product, the client turned to Powergate.
